Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an accomplished HSE Manager to own the country HSE management system and lead a team of professionals across sites in Saudi Arabia. You will set safety strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

You will report to country leadership, build a strong safety culture, manage incidents, audits, trainings, and KPI reporting. Strong English skills are required, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in engineering or science with recognized HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma).
• Proven track record leading HSE at country or senior multi-site level.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 and local regulations.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Who We're Looking For

You have a degree and recognized HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma), with proven experience leading HSE at a senior/country level in construction, manufacturing, or industrial operations. You are a credible leader who sets the safety tone from the top.

• Recognized HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001 / 14001)
• Experience leading HSE across multiple sites and teams
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or mission-critical projects is an advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
