Job summary

Radial is seeking a Safety Engineer (Saudi Only) to oversee health, safety, and environmental regulations across villa construction projects. You will ensure a safe working environment and compliance with Saudi regulations while implementing company HSE standards.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in an engineering field and 3+ years in construction safety, with preferred HSE certifications. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication/reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction safety, preferably in villa or residential building projects.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Saudi regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.

• NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk assessment practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
