Job summary

WebEngage, a leading SaaS customer engagement platform, seeks a results-driven Sales Development/Business Development professional in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will identify opportunities, prospect via email, calls and social channels, and introduce WebEngage to suitable buyers.

Build relationships with decision-makers, schedule meetings with our sales team, and help grow the regional pipeline. 3–5 years in lead gen or sales, Middle East experience, and familiarity with LinkedIn, Outreach/Klenty

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Lead Generation / Sales development / Business development, preferably in a SAAS company.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in the Middle East market.
Hands-on experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Pipedrive.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new business opportunities via personalized emails, calls, and social platforms.
Introduce WebEngage's solution to appropriate buyers within targeted markets.
Identify key decision makers and research using prospecting tools to develop a reach-out strategy.
Develop client needs analyses to craft effective outreach plans and qualification.
Schedule meetings with our in-house Sales Representatives and manage the sales funnel.
