KBR is seeking a Rotating Technician II in Saudi Arabia for maintenance across oil & gas facilities. You will lead a technically skilled team, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safe, compliant operations in line with SATORP standards.

Strong leadership, organization, and communication are essential for success. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining SAP records, and participating in safety audits and toolbox talks.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Valid certification by a recognized body attesting to qualifications.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas facilities.
• Well organized with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills in large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and problem resolution ability.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Allocate maintenance activities to Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise ongoing jobs and report progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower, equipment and material availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
• Provide technical advice on tools and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments.
• Ensure SAP data input, history and hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks before commencing work.
• Ensure safe work practices, PPE usage per standards.
• Encourage reporting of near misses and unsafe conditions.
• Participate in safety audits and training.
