Job summary

KBR is seeking a Rotating Technician who will maintain rotating equipment and mechanical systems to the highest standards. You will carry out installation, routine maintenance and repair tasks, and coordinate with the foreman to keep projects on track.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proactive problem solving in oil and gas facilities. Saudi national candidates only; willing to travel internationally and reside in Saudi Arabia, with a commitment to safety, SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
• Strategic management skills.
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment's and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment's.
• Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Participates in Safety audits.
• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
