Job summary

Impactors Consulting Services in Riyadh seeks a Consultant to join our on-site team. You will work with client organizations to assess performance, analyze data, identify opportunities, and design practical solutions that improve outcomes.

You will conduct interviews, prepare analytical reports, support implementation plans, and track progress against milestones while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to internal knowledge development and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and synthesize insights.
• 3 years of consulting or relevant experience in strategy, operations, or organizational transformation with exposure to implementation and execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage stakeholders and produce clear reports and decks.
• Proficiency with common business tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Interest in Saudi and GCC markets with ethical conduct.

Responsibilities
