Job summary

Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Analyst in Riyadh to support client engagements and product development through rigorous data analysis and presentation. You will learn the consulting cycle, contribute to capability assessments, leadership development and team effectiveness projects, and collaborate with partners and consultants.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to travel locally and globally as required.

Qualifications

Deep interest in business, people, organizational behavior and strong analytical skills.
1–2 years of work experience, preferably in a management or leadership consulting environment.
Research experience with ability to use multiple research channels.
Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and advanced Excel.
Experience with advanced statistical modelling such as SPSS or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct research using diverse channels and present data concisely.
Enter, organize and analyze client data using leadership consulting techniques.
Prepare client and internal reports in Word or PowerPoint to convey findings.
Support Partners, Principals and Consultants to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
Assist in designing new products and tools and contribute ideas for development.
Plan and manage workload across multiple projects to meet deadlines.
