Job summary
PPOAR in Riyadh seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Riyadh. You will drive targets, develop strategies, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
The role requires 5+ years in sales, a BA, strong leadership, and excellent English. Arabic is a plus. We offer a competitive package with visa and ticket support.
Salary: 1,400 USD per month; Location: Riyadh. We welcome applicants from all nationalities and backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's objectives.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual sales reports for management review.
- Continuously develop the skills of the sales team through training programs.
