• Master Mariner with 10+ years shore-based shipping ops experience.
• MBA or degree in Shipping/Logistics with 15+ years in senior ops roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and English proficiency.

• Drive vessel turnaround, planning, and port performance improvements across locations.
