Job summary

AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented Worker Welfare Compliance Inspector to join the Buildings and Places team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on monitoring workplace conditions, evaluating compliance with Saudi labor laws and worker welfare requirements, and promoting safe, fair, and ethical employment practices.

You will conduct inspections, review documentation, and coordinate corrective actions on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience conducting workplace inspections, compliance audits, or regulatory investigations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and worker welfare regulations.
• Experience with workplace inspection and compliance auditing.
• Proficiency with inspection software and data management systems.
• Excellent documentation and technical report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and unannounced inspections to assess worker welfare compliance.
• Review employment records and contracts for regulatory adherence.
• Investigate worker concerns and document findings impartially.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor and verify effectiveness of corrective actions and follow-up inspections.
