  • Take meeting notes and prepare follow-up documentation.
  • Process correspondence, emails and shared mailboxes.
  • Categorize communications and support timely responses.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Ensure records comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Process expense reports and track approval status.
  • Coordinate expense matters with Accounts Payable.
  • Monitor payment progress and resolve administrative issues.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor 's degree.
  • Minimum five years of relevant administrative experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
