Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd in Riyadh is seeking a Field Engineer - Mechanical to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems on site. You will diagnose issues, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires at least 10 years of field experience, strong troubleshooting and CAD skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of field experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and equipment operation.
• Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test mechanical equipment and systems on site.
• Diagnose failures and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate field activities with clients, project managers and technicians.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain equipment records.
