Zeoof Group is seeking an experienced Facility Management Site Supervisor to oversee the operations of assigned sites, ensuring maintenance quality, safety compliance and service delivery. The role includes supervising in-house technical and cleaning teams as well as coordinating with third-party subcontractors to meet company standards and SLAs.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Management Engineering.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure overall facility readiness.
• Supervise maintenance activities including MEP, HVAC, BMS and civil works.
• Manage and monitor in-house technical teams and cleaning staff.
• Coordinate and control third-party subcontractors and service providers.
• Monitor preventive and reactive maintenance activities through CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, PTW procedures and site safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
• Prepare daily operational reports and elevate critical issues to management.
