Job summary

Ritegroup Inc. in Jeddah seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a multi-site Integrated Facility Management contract. The role requires overseeing MEP maintenance, SLA adherence, and vendor management while coordinating across Arabic and English reporting.

Regular travel internationally is expected. The ideal candidate holds a technical engineering degree and 6+ years in FM, with leadership experience and CAFM/CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years in Integrated Facility Management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing SLA-based contracts and subcontractors.
• Multisite operations experience, ideally across several countries.
• Working knowledge of NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, and NEC codes.
• Hands-on experience with CAFM/CMMS and helpdesk systems.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally and clear background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned and corrective maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, power and ELV, standby generators, pumps and plumbing, and fire alarm and suppression systems.
• Develop and approve PPM schedules and sustain high compliance rates.
• Manage the helpdesk and 24/7 emergency response, including root cause analysis.
• Oversee soft services: cleaning and sanitisation, security, pest control, landscaping, and event support.
• Manage local vendors and subcontractors through prequalification, performance scorecards, escalation, and replacement.
• Track KPIs and deliver periodic reports in Arabic and English.
• Mobilise new sites, including asset condition surveys, defect logs, and emergency plans.
