SavorFM, a subsidiary of Zeoof Group, seeks an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day facility management operations across multiple contracts. You will ensure service delivery quality, adherence to SLAs, and effective cost control while coordinating cross‑functional teams and client relationships.

The role requires a strong background in integrated FM, MEP systems, and regulatory compliance, with a track record of managing large-scale operations in Saudi Arabia.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities).
• 8–10 years of FM operations experience.
• 5+ years in managerial/senior operational leadership within FM.
• Proven track record managing multiple FM contracts/teams.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, building maintenance and FM services.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations across multiple FM contracts and projects.
• Manage integrated FM services (hard and soft) to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead and develop technical teams, supervisors, site managers and staff.
• Develop operational plans, preventive maintenance programs, and service delivery strategies.
• Monitor performance, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
