Job summary

Kafou Group is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to lead and oversee O&M activities for Energy Efficiency projects in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project requirements while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of site supervision experience, and strong English communication. Saudi-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' site supervision experience in HVAC, chilled water or energy efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical works.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Proven ability to prepare technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead site execution for Energy Efficiency projects.
• Provide technical supervision for HVAC systems (chilled water, pumps, valves, chillers, AHUs, FCUs).
• Oversee lighting installation works, including replacement and site coordination.
• Supervise electrical works: meters, panels, cable routing, CT installation.
• Lead and monitor O&M activities in the project area.
• Ensure works follow method statements, safety and client instructions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality and timely completion.
• Identify site issues and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and site progress documents.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
