Job summary

SavorFM, a subsidiary of Zeoof Group, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily FM operations across contracts and projects. You will manage integrated FM services, ensure compliance with SLAs, and drive performance, quality, and client satisfaction while optimizing costs.

The role requires strong leadership of technical teams, extensive FM knowledge, and experience managing multiple contracts. Saudi Arabia market exposure is preferred and CAFM/CMMS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of FM operations experience.
• 5+ years in a managerial or senior operational leadership role within FM.
• Proven experience managing multiple FM contracts, projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, building maintenance and integrated FM services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned FM projects and contracts.
• Manage integrated FM services including hard services, soft services, security, housekeeping, and hospitality support.
• Ensure services meet contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Lead, supervise and develop technical teams and site staff.
• Develop and implement operations plans and preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor performance, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractors and service providers for performance and compliance.
• Establish strong client relationships and resolve service requests.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager Facility Management to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facility management contracts and projects The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery operational performance client satisfaction cost optimization and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements This role requires a strong operational leader with comprehensive experience in managing integrated facility management operations technical teams service providers and client relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned facility management projects and contracts
• Manage integrated FM services including hard services MEP HVAC electrical plumbing civil maintenance and soft services cleaning housekeeping security landscaping pest control and hospitality support
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations SLAs KPIs and quality standards
• Lead supervise and develop technical teams supervisors site managers and operational staff
• Develop and implement operational plans preventive maintenance programs and service delivery strategies
• Monitor operational performance productivity service quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage operational budgets cost control manpower planning and resource allocation
• Oversee subcontractors suppliers and service providers to ensure performance and compliance
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring timely resolution of complaints and service requests
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations health and safety requirements and relevant industry standards
• Monitor maintenance activities work orders asset performance and operational reports through CAFM CMMS systems
• Identify operational risks implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support business growth through operational planning contract mobilization and the development of service delivery capabilities
• Prepare periodic operational reports and present performance updates to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 10 years of relevant experience in facility management operations.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or senior operational leadership role within the FM industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple FM contracts, projects, and operational teams.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, HVAC, building maintenance, and integrated facility management services.
• Demonstrated experience in managing both hard and soft FM services.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, SLAs, KPIs, preventive maintenance, and operational budgeting.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabia facility management market is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS platforms and facility management reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Knowledge of international FM standards and best practices, including ISO 41001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
• Experience in contract mobilization, transition management, and service delivery improvement.
