Job summary

MOZN invites an HR professional to design and implement rewards strategies and processes, including salary benchmarking and policy development. You will partner with leaders on rewards, workforce planning, and cost management, revise job descriptions, and support annual compensation and merit processes using analytics tools.

You will maintain structures, review workforce plans, design commission schemes, ensure compliance, and generate HR reports with Excel and Tableau in a dynamic Riyadh-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in rewards or data analytics roles.
• Strong knowledge of rewards trends, theories, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and raise awareness of rewards strategies and processes.
• Support partners and management on rewards, workforce plan, and cost management.
• Assist in job descriptions and salary level analyses.
• Launch the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
• Maintain company structures, processes, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with partners to develop workforce plans.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations in employee matters.
• Produce HR reports weekly using Excel and Tableau.
