Responsibilities

• Handle MOU extension procedures with Global movement, Program Administration, department managers and finance.
• Manage employment contract preparation and extensions.
• Compute and review payroll inputs/payments and verify entries; review payroll pre-report and communicate changes.
• Maintain HR data integrity in HRIS, PTO, leave balances and salary deductions; report wage changes to government relations and global payroll.
• Support health and life insurance processes (enrollment, claims, cards, activations) and ensure new hires have insurance coverage.
• Maintain active participant lists; provide understanding of company insurance plans and coverage.
• Process SOAs and coordination with Finance/vendors; refine cost invoices/payments on a quarterly/yearly basis.
