Job summary

Accor in Makkah is seeking a Revenue Manager for BI and Pricing to support the hotel’s Commercial Strategy with meticulous data collection, accurate reporting, and system maintenance. You will assist in pricing frameworks, conduct competitive analyses, and deliver timely RM reports for senior leadership.

You will collaborate with the RM team to optimize revenue opportunities, maintain key systems like IDeaS and Demand360, and contribute to 1-, 3-, and 5-year revenue plans in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail are required for accurate reporting.
• Experience with PMS, RMS, and revenue systems is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with IDeaS, Demand360, FLYR and BI Pro is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of information and data; drive automation in reporting tools between systems.
• Prepare competitive analyses and supporting documents for revenue meetings and corporate reporting.
• Generate and update Revenue Management reports; act as primary reporting/analytical link for RM team and senior leadership.
• Perform data entry and system maintenance (rate loading, restrictions management, daily checks).
• Maintain systems including FLYR, BI, IDeaS and Demand360; support pricing framework across the complex.
• Support special RM projects to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Assist in developing 1-, 3-, and 5-year RM project plans for Total Revenue improvement.

Job Description

Reporting to the Group Director of Revenue Management, the Revenue Manager of BI and Pricing is responsible for supporting the hotel's Commercial Strategy team through meticulous data collection, accurate reporting, and efficient system maintenance. The Assistant Director supports special projects related to revenue generating initiatives.

Focus:

Execution, data accuracy, routine system maintenance, foundational analysis, and learning.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy of information and data and actively seeks to create/enhance automation efforts in reporting tools between systems.
• Assists in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at various revenue meetings, or for required reporting within the complex, or to corporate teams, and ownership.
• Accurately generates and updates all Revenue Management reports. Serves as primary link for reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team, and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership.
• Performs detailed data entry and routine system maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, rate loading, restrictions management, and daily system checks, ensuring system hygiene in accordance with Accor and brand standards.
• Maintain all systems including FLYR, BI, IDeaS and Demand 360
• Assist in pricing Framework across the complex.
• Working towards 1-, 3- and 5-year project plans to help create a sustainable Total Revenue Department
• Help launch Food and Beverage and Ancillary Revenue KPIs and worksheets.
• Maintains close relationships with GRC to ensure the call center is up to date on the complex hotel’s information at all times.
• Supports special projects within RM, focused on uncovering new revenue opportunities.
• Performs ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and reporting on a needed basis to senior leadership.
