Job summary
Unified Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Revenue Accountant to manage revenue recognition, collections, and receivable reviews. The role covers monthly revenue validation, leasing and renewal fee calculations, and tenant reconciliation across projects.
The ideal candidate has a accounting or finance degree and 4–6 years of experience in real estate accounting. Collaboration with Legal and Finance teams is essential to ensure accurate revenue postings and timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate.
Responsibilities
- Ensure revenue is recognized periodically based on contracts/agreements signed.
- Review and validate the completeness and accuracy of monthly revenue.
- Monthly revenue analysis.
- Review and validation of management fee calculation.
- Review and validation of leasing and renewal fees calculation.
- Review contracts amendments or modifications' financial impact.
- Review of credit notes – calculation, approval, documentation, etc.
- Review of Surrender approval form (SAF).
- Review of releasing of security deposit.
- Monitor new projects revenue.
- Validate discounts granted to tenants.
