Job summary

Smart Technology Solutions in Riyadh is looking for a Retail Systems & Operations Engineering Trainee to help improve core business systems and support operational processes connecting teams, partners and internal workflows.

The role focuses on optimizing the CRM and ERP ecosystem, bridging process design with daily execution, and managing partner lifecycles within internal systems. English fluency and Saudi work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

As a Retail Systems & Operations Engineering Trainee, you will contribute to the improvement of core business systems and help support the operational processes that connect teams, partners, and internal workflows.
