Sharaf DG is seeking a Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead retail store projects from concept through handover. You will oversee new openings, store renovations, relocations, expansions, refurbishments, and other retail projects, ensuring on-time delivery within approved budgets and in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, cross-functional coordination across Retail, HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Procurement and Logistics, and ensuring compliance with mall

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of project management experience in retail, shopping malls, hospitality or commercial fit-out.
• Experience managing store fit-outs, renovations, relocations or new openings.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and coordination skills.
• Saudi/GCC retail project experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of retail store projects from planning to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, mall management, and authorities.
