Detailed Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager supporting retail developments across Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, financial, and tactical ownership of end-to-end project execution from inception through handover. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading complex retail project delivery, managing intricate contract packages, and coordinating seamlessly with clients, consultants, contractors, and key project interfaces. You will establish robust project governance frameworks, monitor schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to international quality standards. Furthermore, you will lead project coordination meetings, drive stakeholder alignment, and maintain meticulous reporting for executive leadership and client boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the end-to-end delivery of complex retail projects, fit-outs, and commercial developments across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage complex project packages, multi-vendor scopes, procurement schedules, and financial budgets.
• Drive comprehensive project coordination, milestone planning, and resource allocation across multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and key project interfaces to ensure seamless execution.
• Establish and enforce rigorous project governance, risk management frameworks, and quality assurance protocols.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder communication, executive status reporting, and client alignment sessions.
• Resolve site conflicts, technical bottlenecks, and contractual disputes promptly with minimal schedule impact.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 to 12+ years of professional project management experience with a strong background in retail project delivery.
• Proven professional background working within Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or tier-1 engineering consultancies.
• Demonstrated expertise managing complex project packages, multiple contractors, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong project coordination, contract administration, and financial management capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Prior professional working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is preferred.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia with availability for on-site regional operations.
