• Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries

• Handle customer inquiries, returns and complaints professionally
• Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
