Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
• Promote loyalty program to encourage repeat sales.
• Deliver top-tier customer service following the GUEST model.
• Maintain store standards and adhere to VM guidelines.
• Record and maintain accurate inventory and stock levels.
• Operate POS and process payments accurately.
• Balance cash till at shift start and end.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities.
