Job summary

Babyshop is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join the Operations team. This role backs operational reporting, owning data flow between stores, merchandising, and senior management to translate raw numbers into actionable insights that improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include data collection, MI dashboards, and quick analysis to support decision-making for stakeholders across the business, with a focus on kidswear trends and stock optimization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas, pivot tables and dashboards.
• Power BI experience is optional and a plus.
• Experience with ER data extraction tools.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and fashion retail operations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Attention to detail and strong ownership.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and validation for stores and e-commerce ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and maintain MIS dashboards (Excel, Power BI, ER tool) to track retail KPIs.
• Provide quick analysis on store performance to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders.
• Identify shifts in customer buying patterns across kidswear segments.
