Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth operations across all dining outlets. In this role, you will oversee service teams, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic administrative tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to Kerten Hospitality service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
• Support staff scheduling, task allocation, and shift supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of the restaurant.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Drive service excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
