Job summary

Leylaty Group in Jeddah is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and ensure a smooth, customer-focused service. You will supervise staff, organize activities, and uphold policies and service standards.

You will contribute to sales and operational targets by monitoring performance, controlling costs, and identifying improvement opportunities. Training and motivating the team are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, especially supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
• Proven customer service mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operation.

The role involves supervising and supporting the restaurant team, organizing daily operations, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring that employees follow company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.

The position is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is also expected to handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.

The role supports the achievement of sales and operational targets by monitoring performance, controlling costs, minimizing waste, managing resources effectively, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager also contributes to employee training, development, motivation, and performance, while working closely with the management team to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and overall restaurant performance.

Job Requirements
