Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, ensuring high standards of service, sanitation, and efficiency. You will assist in menu planning, coach staff, and coordinate with the Director of Restaurants to meet budgets and guest expectations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with several years in F&B, or a relevant two-year degree plus experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree plus 2 years in F&B, culinary, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant and room service supervision and operations.
• Support menu planning, sanitation standards, and service delivery during peak periods.
• Train staff and implement departmental goals to improve guest satisfaction.
• Handle shift operations, open/close duties, and supervise in the absence of the Manager.
• Ensure compliance with policies and alcohol service regulations.
• Provide feedback to staff and address guest concerns promptly.
