Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with 3 years in F&B or related area; or a 2-year degree with 1 year experience in F&B.

Responsibilities

• Creates and nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation, teamwork, continuous improvement and service.
• Provides excellent customer service to all employees.
• Responds quickly to employee concerns.
• Uses coaching skills across the property.
• Demonstrates self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
• Motivates staff to solve guest and employee concerns.
• Assists GM with annual Quality audit.
