Responsibilities include managing the full cycle, liaising with suppliers, and implementing processes for efficient supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment. Saudi Arabia work authorization is preferred.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures (FIFO, FEFO).
• Working knowledge of data analysis techniques (e.g., forecasting). Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Good understanding of supply chain operations. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Ability to work independently or within a team environment. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Manage the entire inventory cycle from purchasing to shipping.
• Receive incoming goods into the warehouse and ensure correct stock levels are maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels on a regular basis to identify any discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory numbers in the database.
• Develop effective strategies to optimize stock levels based on customer demand.
• Ensure that all items are stored safely and securely according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the stock control system.
• Monitor stock movements across multiple warehouses and locations.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, stock availability and delivery times.
• Develop processes for efficient supply chain management.
