Job summary

HOME BOX in Saudi Arabia seeks an Assistant Manager - Retail (Inventory) to manage inventory health across the country. You will handle stock availability, turnover, promotions, and aging stock, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.

The role requires collaboration with SCM for clearance and GRN, and close monitoring of performance metrics. This position focuses on reducing shrinkage, maintaining accurate counts, and supporting sales through effective merchandise planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field with supply chain preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Experience using analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end stock availability driven by sales trends, seasonality, promotions and events.
• Perform regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory health and reduce shrinkage.
• Monitor stock turns and optimize inventory to maximize profitability within budget.
• Forecast stock requirements based on current and past sales trends.
• Coordinate with SCM for clearance, GRN prioritization and promotion management.
