Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–17 years of relevant construction experience in buildings or site development.
• English communication skills; PM certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and guide contractors to meet milestones.
• Evaluate contractor schedules and time extension requests.
• Resolve design clarifications and site conditions to maintain progress.
• Review DCNs, quotes, and lead change order negotiations.
• Ensure quality and safety programs comply with contract and standards.
• Lead meetings and provide reports to management.
• Manage monthly progress invoices and field personnel.
