Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Riyadh seeks a proactive Collection Specialist to manage rent and receivables for a premium residential community. You will ensure timely invoicing, negotiate payment plans, and maintain strong tenant relationships through professional collection practices.

The role requires 3+ years in rent collection, proficiency with Yardi or similar systems, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in rent collection or receivables management.
Experience in KSA or GCC real estate strongly preferred.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in property management systems (Yardi, Yarn, or similar).

Responsibilities

Rent and receivables management: collect rental income, service charges, rebills, and other receivables; issue invoices per lease schedules.
Arrears management: track arrears, initiate collection, escalate delinquent accounts as needed, coordinate with legal counsel for actions.
Tenant communication and service: respond to payment queries, offer payment plans, negotiate settlements with management.
Reporting and documentation: prepare arrears aging reports, track write-offs, maintain records of collections and actions.
Coordination and collaboration: work with Finance Manager, Property Manager, and leasing teams; assist with deposit management and cash flow reporting.
