Eaton Corporation is seeking a high-energy Sales & Marketing professional to lead growth in the Jeddah region. You will craft and execute plans, drive quotes, and provide technical support for projects across electrical systems and safety solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic market development, distributor management, and collaboration with Eaton divisions to maximize market share in Saudi Arabia. Home-office in Jeddah is possible within a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Must have proven direct selling experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety-related products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing plans to grow profits and expand product/service lines.
• Prepare annual and long-term action plans to meet growth targets in assigned territories.
• Provide technical backup for design approvals and commissioning support as required.
• Manage projects to maximise profitability and smooth handover.
• Coordinate with local authorities for product certifications and approvals.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors and end users to strengthen market position.
• Advise management on product requirements to secure market share and growth.
• Oversee distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and serviceability.
