Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Specification Sales Engineer for Life Safety to drive sales for Fire Alarms and Public Address/VCS systems across the Kingdom. You will develop and execute sales and marketing plans to grow profitability and market share.

The role involves providing technical backup, coordinating with authorities, managing projects from design to handover, and liaising with distributors and other Eaton divisions to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering.
7 years experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems.

Responsibilities

Drive and achieve sales plans for Life Safety, Fire Alarms and PAVA for KSA.
Develop annual and long-term action plans to meet growth targets and ensure timely quotations.
Prepare accurate monthly/weekly sales analyses for management forecasts.
Provide technical backup to support design approvals and commissioning.
Manage design and implementation of projects for profitability and smooth handover.
Liaise with Local Authorities for certifications and approvals.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors and end users.
Advise management on product requirements to capture market share.
Undertake distributor management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other Eaton divisions to enable cross-selling.
