Job summary

Trendyol is hiring motivated interns for its Marketplace Expansion team in Riyadh. As a Seller Acquisition, Telesales Agent, you will identify, contact and onboard new SME sellers targeting the Saudi market. You will guide them from initial contact through registration, onboarding and early growth within Trendyol’s marketplace.

The role offers real on‑the‑job training, a monthly internship allowance, and flexible work-from-home options aligned with team needs and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native Arabic and good working proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and working toward acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective sellers through outbound calls and other approved channels.
• Introduce Trendyol Marketplace and communicate its value proposition.
• Identify and qualify businesses based on assortment, category and selling potential.
• Understand seller needs and address questions about marketplace processes, commissions, logistics and payments.
• Support sellers through registration and onboarding with timely follow-ups.
• Build relationships with business owners, retailers, brands, distributors and e-commerce sellers.
• Maintain seller pipelines, hit acquisition targets and share feedback with the team.
