Job summary

CATRION in رأس الخير (Eastern Province), Saudi Arabia, seeks a QA/Safety Supervisor to monitor food safety & quality assurance across the unit and outlets. You will supervise production activities, maintain SMS records, and report to the Site Manager.

This role includes training staff and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will coordinate with various sections, conduct safety inspections, manage pest control oversight, and assist in budget planning for the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA and safety audits in food production.
• Record-keeping for QA and HACCP documentation.
• Leadership in training and evaluating QA staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food safety and QA activities in the department.
• Maintain QA records and reports for Site Manager review.
• Coordinate with Site Manager to resolve QA issues.
• Train and evaluate new QA staff and submit reports.
• Coordinate safety inspections and follow-up actions with departments.
• Ensure pest control activities are supervised and documented.
• Oversee lab activities: sampling and testing by QA staff.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare rosters for 24/7 QA coverage.
• Liaise with medical department for staff certifications.
