Job summary

Opus in Riyadh seeks a quality and food safety professional to oversee the implementation of standards across all production stages, ensuring products meet approved specifications and health regulations.

You will establish and monitor HACCP-based systems, oversee quality control of materials and finished products, conduct inspections and audits, and prepare reports. You will coordinate with regulatory bodies and train staff to uphold high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management, preferably in food or confectionery sectors.
• Solid knowledge of food safety systems and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team and liaise with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of quality and food safety standards at all stages.
• Monitor HACCP and other quality systems.
• Oversee QC of raw materials and finished products.
