Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Quality Safety Health & Environment Coordinator in Saudi Arabia (Al Kharj) to enforce QSHE management systems regionally. The role requires supporting implementation, audits, incident investigations, and training to uphold high safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Food Science or Health & Safety and has at least 1 year of QA/QMS/HSS/EMS experience, with knowledge of ISO standards and HACCP principles.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA, QMS, HSS, or EMS, preferably in dairy/FMCG.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and HACCP principles and their implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continual improvement of QSHE systems to ensure compliance.
• Identify operational risks and support QSHE initiatives to mitigate impacts.
• Conduct internal regional audits and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in incident investigations and manage complaints and regulatory matters.
• Deliver QSHE training and raise awareness among employees.
• Monitor QSHE performance metrics and drive improvement.
