Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) based in Saudi Arabia to guide patients through onboarding for at‑home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment.

You will act as the primary contact from purchase through telehealth scheduling, impression kit completion, and manufacturing handoff in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You will coordinate with insurance, clinical, and manufacturing teams, handle sensitive information with care, and document all interactions

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Own each patient’s onboarding journey from purchase through telehealth scheduling and kit delivery/return.
• Manage a caseload of 100+ patients across onboarding stages.
• Respond to inbound communications via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs; proactively follow up to prevent delays.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Guide patients through impression kit completion and return; coordinate next steps for re-dos.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and billing concerns with empathy; escalate as needed.
• Route medical questions to the clinical team; avoid giving medical advice outside scope.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce accurately and promptly.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA and related policies.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve SOPs.
• Deliver services professionally within agreed timelines and processes.
