Job summary

Justlife is hiring an Operations Executive for the KSA market to own the engine that matches bookings, serves customers, and drives fulfillment metrics. This remote role operates on a 6-day shift pattern to support seven days-a-week service in a fast-growing marketplace.

You will own fulfillment and utilization targets, improve efficiency, and respond to customer escalations with speed and empathy. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations or customer support in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English; daily customer communication.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and metrics-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment — drive fulfillment rate up by closing supply-demand gaps.
• Utilization & efficiency — maintain healthy utilization and reduce unfulfillment weekly.
• Customer experience — resolve issues with empathy and speed to lift satisfaction.
• Data you can trust — own clean reporting on utilization and quality.
• Proactive operations — run outbound calls and support faster processes.
