Job summary

Flip retail in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and KPI achievement.

You will coach a team of 20+ associates, assign tasks, monitor attendance and workflows, run standups, perform floor and vehicle checks, and help train new staff. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and fluent English, with a track record of improving process flow and safeguarding operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in warehousing/logistics.
• Strong Excel skills with KPI analysis experience.
• Fluent in English, good communication abilities.
• Ability to train and upskill staff; safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administration of division duties.
• Assign work to associates to maintain KPIs.
• Conduct standup briefs, floor audits, and vehicle assessments.
• Assist in training and up-skilling new staff.
• Monitor and report departmental metrics; analyse success/failure causes.
• Review and update SOPs as required.
• Improve product flow through the terminal.
• Identify safety threats and participate in safety campaigns.
• Oversee attendance and shift schedules with the Shift Supervisor.
