Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Logging While Drilling Remote Operation Engineer to support real-time drilling operations in Saudi Arabia. You will monitor drilling and evaluation parameters, ensure data integrity, and help manage job cycles while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 3+ years in Drilling Services, and strong English communication. Shifts are 24/7 to ensure continuous service delivery within Baker Hughes’ Remote Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology or Earth Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Drilling Services.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 service environment.
• Solid knowledge across down-hole drilling and evaluation tools.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time monitoring and evaluation of drilling and well parameters to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collect and ensure surface and down-hole data are stored in the database and prepare required deliverables.
• Participate in managing the job cycle activities to proactively impact service delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers on developing processes and procedures.
• Provide technical support for the assigned product portfolio and associated software.
• Conduct all activities in accordance with HSE policies and compliance requirements.
