Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support various graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, and motion graphics tasks on a remote, worldwide project.

You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, and ensure outputs meet professional design standards while adhering to project timelines. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in graphic design, video editing and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
