Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a remote, worldwide project in graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide detailed human feedback for AI training, ensuring high-quality results beyond AI-only content.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with industry tools and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting. Prior paid human-data experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graphic design skills and experience across digital media.
• Proficiency with key design tools and software.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated creative outputs.
• Attention to detail and quality standards for visuals.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
