Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for remote, worldwide engagement to support a customer project spanning graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, and annotate content while meeting project deadlines. Prior paid human-data experience for AI models is required.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
