Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support a global customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will review AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and annotate content for AI training.

Prior paid AI-human-data experience is required; tools include Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and more. Remote, worldwide, with flexible scheduling and prompt start date.

Qualifications

Experience with graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX in a professional setting.
Proficiency in the listed creative tools and ability to work with AI-assisted workflows.
Verified/paid experience in AI-related human-data tasks such as labeling, annotation, or evaluation.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using the listed design tools.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and UX.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work on time.
