Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot CRM Administrator to support Revenue Systems in a remote contractor role. You will audit, harmonize, and optimize CRM and related revenue platforms, define business rules, and document operational changes for sustainable governance.

The role requires strong CRM expertise, experience leading CRM initiatives, and excellent English communication. Remote work enables collaboration across SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on CRM experience across Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross-system data reconciliation
• Experience working in SaaS environments
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance
